A 26-YEAR-OLD man has been charged with terror offences and having indecent images of children.
Daniel Michael McMillan appeared in the Magistrate’s Court on Friday, where he faced two counts of preparing an act of terrorism, both allegedly committed on 3 January this year, and four counts relating to possessing indecent images of children between August 2018 and June 2019.
A bail application was refused and Mr McMillan was remanded in custody at HMP La Moye.
The case has been deemed too serious to be dealt with in the Magistrate’s Court, and Mr McMillan is due to appear in the Royal Court on 2 June, when the charges will be formally presented.
