The warning states: ‘Wind and high tides will lead to waves breaking over sea walls which is expected to cause disruption, with water and debris on roads along Jersey’s south coast on this evening (Thursday’s) and tomorrow morning’s (Friday) high tides.
‘Some flooding may occur with some coastal roads closed. High tides are at 7.54pm (11.6m) tonight and 8.11am (11.6m) tomorrow morning.’
