A FORMER co-owner of the now-closed Shinzo restaurant in St Aubin has appeared in the Magistrate’s Court charged with two grave and criminal assaults.
Gavin Roberts (43) is accused of committing the alleged assaults at the weekend.
He was remanded in custody to appear before the Royal Court on 6 January.
Shinzo, which specialised in sushi, steak and cocktails, opened in 2020 and closed in the spring of this year.
