A MOTORCYCLIST was taken to hospital this morning after colliding with a Land Rover at the bottom of Trinity Hill.
The 23-year-old suffered what are being described as serious injuries to his leg and foot following the accident, which happened close to the Robin Hood junction at about 8.45am.
The man was helped by several motorists and pedestrians before paramedics arrived and took him to hospital.
The accident caused minor tailbacks during the morning rush hour.
