A GROUVILLE pub has reopened after it closed for a month and underwent a full refurbishment.

The Seymour Inn, managed by the Liberation Group, has had an interior make-over while keeping its blue and grey-coloured theme.

The refurbishment included an update to the ‘Captain’s Bar’ and the introduction of a new wooden and tiled floor, as well as new seating and furniture.

Steve Elson, operations manager of Liberation pubs and bars said: ‘The pub looks amazing and we can’t wait to show it off to our incredibly loyal locals and visitors.’

He added: ‘Despite the changes, the integrity of this beautiful building remains intact, as does our award-winning food and drink offering, so it’s the same Seymour Inn – only better.’
