Last week, the States police received reports of 25 thefts from unattended and unlocked vehicles, with the bulk of these taking place in St Mary. Items stolen included cash and scratch cards that had been left in the vehicles.
Yesterday a 33-year old-man was arrested in connection with all of the offences. He was interviewed by the police and released on bail while inquiries continue.
