Superyacht named after a rock band's most famous album arrives in Jersey

A SLEEK superyacht named after an English rock band’s most famous album has been turning heads in the Harbour over the past week.

Out of the Blue, a 34-metre craft that is registered in the Cayman Islands, made the journey to Jersey last week and moored up at the Albert Pier.

The boat’s logo is a tribute to the 1977 album by Birmingham-based Electric Light Orchestra, which sold more than ten million copies in the 30 years after being released.

It is not known who owns the boat, or where its next destination after Jersey will be.
