The station and Island FM, which covers Guernsey, will play the Gerry and the Pacemakers track at 7.45am to coincide with other stations.
It comes after presenter at the Dutch radio station 3FM, Sander Hoogendoorn, called on broadcasters to stand together in a time of crisis.
British national stations, BBC Radio 1 and BBC Radio 2 are also taking part.
Channel 103 presenter Peter Mac, said: ‘It’s obviously a very weird time at the moment and by joining hundreds of other Breakfast Shows around Europe, we’re able to demonstrate we’re all in this together.’
