Driver arrested after St Saviour's Hill crash

A 44-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested after a blue Ford Focus and a silver Land Rover collided on St Saviour's Hill, near the cricket pitches, on Saturday.


The man who was driving the Ford was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of drugs following the collision at about 4.10pm. He has been released on police bail pending further inquiries.

Neither he, nor the 56-year-old driver of the Land Rover suffered any serious injuries.
