A silver Audi collided with the 75-year-old and 67-year-old near the Adelphi pub on Tuesday 5 November at about 5.50pm. Both required hospital treatment but did not suffer ‘life-threatening or life-changing injuries’.
The driver of the Audi (40) is currently helping police with their inquiries.
The force would like to speak to anyone who may have seen the incident or may have dash-cam or video footage covering that area.
