Officers were called to the scene of the fight at Windsor Court (formerly known as Caesarea Court) on Windsor Road at about 11.30pm on Thursday.
Two of the men involved sustained ‘minor injuries’ to their faces while a third man (33) attended the Emergency Department where he was arrested on suspicion of grave and criminal assault.
A force spokesman said: ‘Three of these men were spoken to by police, including the arrested man, however, there is believed to have been a fourth male involved. His identity is currently unknown.’
