Two men rolled around fighting after dispute over a Playstation game

And as a result Neil Malcolm Cabot (41) appeared in the Magistrate’s Court to admit causing a breach of the peace on the morning of 4 September in Clos des Sables.

He was bound over to be of good behaviour for one month. Although no details were given, the background was described by Assistant Magistrate Peter Harris ‘as having been a bit of a saga’ and ‘a neighbour dispute that got out of hand’.

Mr Harris said that the prosecution had decided not to pursue the matter against the other man.

In sentencing, Mr Harris said: ‘It seems rather embarrassing that two grown men should be rolling around on the floor.’
