The road was closed for nearly 90 minutes after the silver Ford Fiesta flipped onto its side at around 7.20 am.
Fire crews and police attended the single-car crash, which happened on Rue du Pont Marquet in St Brelade – an area known for having had a number of accidents over the years.
Oil and petrol spilled onto the road causing the closure but the 20-year-old male driver was uninjured.
