A total of £1.3 million in prize money was up for grabs in Friday’s draw, with £1 million as the first prize, followed by prizes of £100,000, £75,000, £50,000, £25,000 and five of £10,000.
The remaining seven winners – including the owner of the jackpot-winning ticket – have all been notified but have chosen to remain anonymous. The charity said it was unable to confirm if a syndicate or individual or smaller group had scooped the jackpot.
Sacha Patel, income generation manager for Jersey Hospice, said once again the lottery had been a big success.
‘The event itself has been a huge success and has raised over £500,000 for Jersey Hospice Care. Jersey Hospice Care is for the community and supported by the community, so we are proud to have now given back to the community,’ she said.
‘A huge congratulations to all of the winners and we hope that they continue supporting us as they have been doing so for the past 11 years.’
