Kieran Davey Rice (31) and Urbino Vieira Rodrigues (29) were charged on Wednesday evening were due to appear in the Magistrate’s Court at 10 am on Thursday.
Earlier in the week undercover and uniformed States police officers recovered about £400,000 of cannabis, as well as cash and other drugs that have yet to be analysed.
Four other people were arrested but since been released pending further inquiries.
