Future of St Helier store unclear

News | Published:

THE future of the Jaeger clothing store in St Helier has been thrown into doubt after the company went into administration.

Around 680 jobs could be lost if the UK brand – which has failed to make a profit since 2012 – closes its 46 stores.

This week, the company was approached for comment but were unable to confirm or deny if the store was at risk. According to UK media, the chain has already decided to close its branch in Henley.
