Clinton Pringle (3), from Scotland, was left seriously injured after being struck by a Volkswagen Transporter van as he crossed Tunnell Street while on holiday in the Island on 27 June. He died in hospital in the UK three days later.
Yesterday afternoon, the vehicle’s driver, Rebekah Le Gal, of Mont Millais, appeared in court and was told that the case would be transferred to the Royal Court.
