The event, called Jersey Sings, saw 1,400 pupils from 24 primary and secondary schools perform over two nights at Fort Regent, which was transformed into a mini arena for friends, family and the public to watch the talented youngsters.
The choirs were conducted by the internationally acclaimed conductor, David Lawrence, and shared the stage with soprano Laura Wright, who is the official anthem singer for the England rugby team, jazz singer and vocal percussionist Randolph Matthew, local singer Danni Le Feuvre and a seven-piece band.
During the event, which was organised by local charity Music in Action, the children sang in styles ranging from rock ballads to pop and from gospel to showtunes.
