A total of 25,636 people passed through arrivals during the the one-week period.

Keith Beecham, chief executive of Visit Jersey, which last week unveiled a new brand as part of its plans to attract one million visitors a year by 2030, said that the figures should not be taken at face-value but that the signs were encouraging.
