The company has applied to build 12 homes on the land, which sits off Rue du Petit Aleval in St Peter’s green zone.
If approved, most of the buildings that make up the former tourist attraction will be demolished and replaced with one three-bedroom, four four-bedroom and one six-bedroom house. Two four-bedroom homes and three six-bedroom homes all containing a one-bedroom guest unit will also be built.
