Amber Mezbourian has launched an exhibition at Cafejac using photographs she took while in the east African country, where she led a volunteer group on an education project about the importance of hygiene and sanitation.
Before her visit she asked students from JCG and St Lawrence Primary School to submit pictures of Island life, which she took with her to Tanzania and she then photographed children she met holding these images as well as documenting the project in general.
Amber’s exhibition at Cafejac runs until 20 June.
