The group, led by archaeologist and anthropologist Professor Clive Gamble of the University of Southampton, is due to gather at Jersey Museum from Tuesday to Friday.
During the event they will visit La Cotte de St Brelade, which has risen to become one of the most significant sites in Europe for Ice Age researchers and those interested in early human behaviour.
The visiting researchers are due to discuss the late Middle Pleistocene period, which occurred between 400,000 and 130,000 years ago.
