Condor: ‘We don’t gain from our higher prices’

The recent introduction of a new reservation and tariff system by Condor has left some customers shocked, as the cost of some trips has increased.

One Islander, Anita Vibert, said that when she recently postponed a trip to St Malo, she found that new tickets for the same crossing, which was with her partner and their car, had increased from £160 to £360 a few weeks later.

Commenting on the complaints, Condor said that changes which had been made to their booking system were ‘revenue neutral’ and that while some trips would cost more, others would be cheaper.
