The psychoactive substance known as 2CB is classified as a class A drug in the UK, but is currently legal to possess in Jersey.
However, following a recommendation from Jersey’s Misuse of Drugs Advisory Council, it has now been added to the Open General Import and Export Licence, which prohibits the drug being brought into or taken out of the Island without a valid licence.
