Mr Stentiford MBE will be passing on the mantle of Saturday’s nature pages to Dr Glyn Young, who is involved with the Birds on the Edge project, which aims to restore the population of the Island’s declining coastland birds.
Mr Stentiford (80) has thanked his regular readers and those who have supplied his column with photographs.
