Ozouf: JT delays in handling complaints are 'unacceptable'

New ‘simplified’ bills do not give an itemised breakdown of calls and customers cannot pay by cheque or in person at JT’s Queen Street store. Instead, they are being urged to pay online or at ‘payzones’ in shops across the Island.

Treasury Minister Philip Ozouf said during States question time yesterday that the there were unacceptable delays in November and December, but that improvements were now being made and the number of complaints had fallen.
