Les Varines was closed temporarily because of a fallen tree and Rozel Hill was also closed because of a landslide.
The Met Office have issued a ‘red’ weather warning for Saturday’s 38.5 ft high tide at 7.45 pm and Sunday’s 39.5 ft tide at 8.05 am. A big swell expected on Saturday will cause large waves to break over sea walls.
