The neighbours from La Providence estate have been left with views of a busy car park, with vehicles and people coming and going.
Vans, cars, trailers and mobile homes are all allowed to park on land behind the estate, but the increased use of the area has left those who live nearby dismayed.
They say that the site is now much busier and noisier with people regularly working on their vans, boats and jet skis.
