The ‘terms of reference’ for an investigation led by a former Jersey Court of Appeal judge were released yesterday by the Bishop of Winchester, within whose diocese Jersey’s Anglican Church falls.
The inquiry led by Dame Heather Steel was set up after the Bishop took away the Dean’s powers to preach in March following a critical report which concluded that the Dean, the Very Rev Bob Key, had mishandled the complaint, made by the autistic woman in 2008.
