Are States Members wasting less time than they used to?

New figures show that last year Members halved the amount of time spent in the States from 62 days in 2011 to 34 in 2012.

In total they spent 183 hours and three minutes in the Chamber in 2012 compared to double that – 366 and 31 minutes – in 2011.
