St Helier parishioners will be asked whether they would support selling 9,688 square feet of ‘valuable open space’ at Westmount Gardens, West Park, to Jersey Electricity for £250,000.
The parish would also receive £83,000 from the Treasury department, which would be ring fenced for an unspecified ‘urban renewal’ project on parish land.
The assembly is on Thursday at the Town Hall at 7 pm.
