The woman claims she was subjected to a sustained assault in the garden of the property after returning home with the man last summer.
The claims, which are made in an Order of Justice filed with the Royal Court, have been denied by the man whose lawyers say that the woman instigated the sexual activity on the night and that the sex was consensual.
They have called for the case to be dismissed and for the woman to be ordered to pay their client’s costs.
