The 1,700-tonne HMS Mersey will be returning to the Island for the third time for the show, which takes place on the Bank Holiday weekend from Saturday 4 May to Monday 6 May. During its stay in the Island, the vessel will be berthed alongside the Albert Pier.
Also open for public tours will be the Universities Royal Naval Unit patrol vessel for Oxford, HMS Smiter, and the corresponding ship for Southampton and Portsmouth Universities, HMS Blazer. These provide travel opportunities for Royal Navy students around the UK and overseas, as well as personal development and leadership training.
