On 24 April voters will be asked to choose between three reform options, two of which would scrap the Senatorial seats and with them the Islandwide mandate.

Former BBC Spotlight presenter and film and theatre director Russell Labey is acting as spokesman for the campaign, which is being supported by a number of States Members.

Supporters of the third option, which is the closest to the current system there is and would keep both the Senators and Constables in the States, have formed a campaign group and are inviting Islanders interested in joining them to a meeting this week.
