The Channel Islands Competition Regulatory Authority last month granted a provisional approval to Batelco to complete the multi-million deal that it has now confirmed.
The regulator has placed conditions on the sale aimed at ensuring that the new owners of the C&W licence in Guernsey are properly financed and managed.
