To mark the final day of the Jersey Evening Post’s Cash4Schools competition ten tokens have been dotted around the Saturday edition of the newspaper.
Winners can spend the prize money on any project they see fit. The pupils of Plat Douet School, for example, are hoping that their school will pick up a prize so that decking in the playground can be restored.
Part of the school’s playground has been closed off since last summer because its decking has started to rot and is not safe for the children to use.
