Locate Jersey’s Wayne Gallichan gave a presentation to an audience of Chinese business leaders at the recent 16th China International Fair for Investment and Trade in Xiamen, outlining the Island’s many advantages as business and investment environment.
Locate Jersey was invited to attend the conference by the China-Britain Business Council following a successful visit earlier in the year and as part of continuing efforts to raise Jersey’s profile in the Far East.
As well as providing a platform to promote Jersey as a leading business centre, the visit gave Mr Gallichan the chance to meet senior officials from the Fujian, Hebei and Hunan provinces to discuss developing opportunities with China.
