The Naibu group had an implied market capitalisation of £68 million when listed on the Alternative Investment Market and about £6 million in new equity was raised.

The listing was completed last week and done through newly-formed Jersey incorporated entity Naibu Global International Company plc.

Ogier provided Jersey legal advice and administrative services as part of the AIM listing.

The team was led by partner Nathan Powell, based in Ogier’s Hong Kong office while Kristy Calvert in the Shanghai office assisted in the initial co-ordination of the transaction.
