The huge number of characters are covered by some clever multi-tasking, and directors Liz and Sean Jones, choreographer Pat MacDonald and MD Tim Evans have obviously encouraged every actor and actress, from the largest duchess to the froggiest footman, to develop their character in word, movement and voice – even the little flamingos.
The show continues at the Arts Centre until Saturday 21 January, with the regular weekend matinées and a trial Sunday-morning performance this week.
