The other successful candidates are Social Security Minister Deputy Ian Gorst, Senator Francis Le Gresley, who topped the poll in St Helier, and Lyndon Farnham.

Sir Philip (65) is returning to the States after almost 40 years’ service – as Deputy in Grouville, Law Officer and President.
Lyndon Farnham (47), currently chairman of the Hospitality Association, is also returning to the House, having served two terms as Deputy in St Saviour No 2 from 1999.
The final vote in St Helier was announced at 1.50 am and resulted in first-time candidate Advocate Rose Colley overtaking Senator Cohen to place fifth.

Eight others lost their seats in the elections for Deputy and Constable, including long-serving Members Senator Terry Le Main and Deputies Bob Hill nd Paul Le Claire, as well as Transport Minister Mike Jackson and St Saviour Constable Peter Hanning.
The successsful Deputy candidates include two former Members. Patrick Ryan, in St John, and Gerard Baudains, in St Clement.
The new faces elected on Wednesday night are Sadie Rennard, Constable of St Saviour; Michael Paddock, Constable of St Ouen; Steve Pallett, Constable of St Brelade; James Baker and Rod Bryans, Deputies, who topped the polls in St Helier No 1 and 2 Districts; Richard Rondel, Deputy in St Helier No 3 District; former journalist Kristina Moore, Deputy in St Peter; Susie Pinel, Deputy in St Clement; Steve Luce, Deputy in St Martin; former Planning chief John Young, Deputy in St Brelade; and John Le Bailly, Deputy in St Mary.
