A group set up to find a new site after the collapse of the £8.75m Lime Grove deal have confirmed that they are ‘focusing’ on a States-owned area in Green Street.
That site is believed to be the multi-storey car park which neighbours the Lime Grove offices.
Assistant Treasury Minister John Réfault, who chairs the steering group hunting a new site, said that a detailed feasibility study would now be undertaken.
