According to Hotels.com, the average price of a stay in the Island this year is £110 – more than twice that of the cheapest destination on their list, Stevenage (£53).
The website issued average room rates which showed that only London (£113), Guernsey (£115), Bath (£112) and Bowness-on-Windermere (£134) were more expensive than Jersey.
The average price in Jersey and Guernsey has risen by six and four per cent respectively since last year.
