Recently the design and a model of the plans for the Hotel des Pierres site in Grève de Lecq were displayed at St Ouen’s Parish Hall, and the public have until Thursday to view the scheme.
The plans include building two three-bedroom and 11 two-bedroom flats with an underground car park with 29 spaces in the green zone, where there is a presumption against development.
Developer Mick Cotillard, managing director of Summit Developments, said that the building would be three storeys but wider than the existing hotel to accommodate the underground car park.
