The alleged culprit was clocked travelling at 97 mph on the Five Mile Road in St Ouen’s Bay on Tuesday, a week after the States police launched a campaign to crackdown on speeding motorists.
The 24-year-old is due to appear in the Magistrate’s Court tomorrow.
