Michael Bowron, who took over the reins at Police Headquarters on Tuesday, took the oath of office at the Royal Court’s morning sitting.
And, as well as wishing him every success in the role, the Bailiff, Michael Birt, told the new head of the Island’s police force that he had no doubt that there would be challenges ahead.
