Property sales raise £13m for States

Property Holdings, a States department that administers about 900 properties owned by the public, started selling assets to raise funds and to reduce its maintenance costs.

Last year, the States made £6.1 million from selling six properties which was put towards the States capital programme, which delivers large projects such as schools.
