A NEW transport policy has been described as a ‘missed opportunity’ by a Scrutiny panel, which says it is too narrow, too vague and underfunded.
The Environment Scrutiny panel has given its verdict on the Sustainable Transport Policy before next week’s States debate.
They say that it fails to get down to the ‘nitty gritty’ of what it will do, and comes across as more of a wish list than a definitive policy.
