The Games alternative

Eight Island Games Association members – Bermuda, the Faroe Islands, Isle of Man, Aland, Ynys Mon, the Cayman Islands and the Shetland Islands – have agreed to compete alongside Jersey in the Queen’s Hall at Fort Regent.

Gymnastics has been excluded from next year’s NatWest Island Games in the Isle of Wight so, in lieu of missing out on major international competition, the islands are getting together to run their own competition between 6 and 9 July.
