Their latest proposal increases the number of units on the former Jersey Dairy site in Prince’s Tower Road from 65 to 87 and follows the Environment Minister’s decision to stop them building eight homes on a green field next door.

Neighbouring land owner Andrew Le Quesne and St Saviour Deputy Roy Le Hérissier say that the plans would see a green community area swallowed up by more houses and cause more traffic and compromise the earlier high design standards.

The scheme, which is designed by architect Robert Adam, is due to be decided upon by Senator Cohen on Wednesday 8 September at 12 pm at Société Jersiaise, Pier Road.
