Yesterday the 21-year-old lowered his 200m individual medley Island record from 2.03.90 min, set in last year’s Aland Island Games, to 2.03.46 min which placed him 17th in the Brisbane race.

He maintained his 100 per cent record of personal bests, after earlier this week setting his fastest 400m IM time with 4.21.28 min, which placed him 12th, and an Island record of 1.02.61 min in the 100m breast-stroke record, which also placed him 12th.
